Maintenance

 

Regular maintenance keeps your system in good working condition. The B.C. Health authority recommends that your system be serviced according to the maintenance plan provided for your system. For Nayadic, Multi-Flo , and Enviro-Guard, twice per year is recommended. We provide a thorough maintenance check so your system is functioning well.

Warranty
  • Two years parts and labour warranty for newly installed CTS system
  • Two years maintenance warranty for CTS systems
  • One year warranty for replacement parts
  • Honour other manufacturer's warranties on the remainder of systems we install

Maintenance Information
  • Maintenance is required by BC Health Act, (See Sewerage System Regulation B.C. Reg. 326/2004)
  • BC Health Act states maintenance of sewerage systems can only be conducted by a qualified practitioner
  • Continued service agreements offer worry free maintenance
  • We service all brands of treatment parts
Maintenance Check
  • Inspect all tanks and components parts
  • Test mechanical components
  • Clean necessary components
  • Evaluate condition of field for any appropriate action
  • Advise when and if tanks need pumping
  • Offer effluent sampling if required or requested
  • Provide written detail of maintenance check
Do's
  • Practice source control
  • Have your Nayadic serviced by your factory-trained service person twice a year
  • Call your authorized Nayadic service technician if problems occur
Dont's
  • Put non edible or hazardous substances down any drain
  • Substances that have not or should not be eaten
  • Food stuffs, especially coffee grounds and tea bags
  • Plastic, metal, cloth, diapers, or personal hygiene products
  • Hazardous or toxic substances such as petroleum products
  • Cigarette, cigar butts, gum
  • Toxic toilet bowl cleaners or dyes
  • Anti-microbial soaps
  • Septic tank additives
  • Medicines
